FIELD CLOSURE DUE TO RAIN

The SEPA League policy is that individual clubs notify us when they close their fields due to rain. Until we receive notice from the Club Coordinator we will assume the fields are open. If we do not receive notification, referees will determine if the field is playable or not upon arrival.

Field closure notifications should be emailed to SEPA League office at sepa@warringtonsoccerpa.org.

Please notify the league as early as 7:00am, if possible, as teams will begin to travel. Also, have your coaches notify the opposing coach.

Once the field is closed it is closed for the rest of the day, and we will not reopen for that day. If the home club is closed and away club open, no, we will not switch your game on the weekend.

The SEPA League policy is that if a game is stopped because of the weather, and less than half the game was played, then it needs to be rescheduled. If the second half of the game was started, then the game counts and is not rescheduled
